Users may use RMS France services only for:

·        Processing orders, payments, and reservations

·        Managing staff, tables, and inventory

·        Customer management and reporting

·        Authorized administrative tasks

Users must ensure that their activity complies with applicable laws, regulations, and contractual obligations.

Users are strictly prohibited from using RMS France services to:
3.1 Illegal Activities:

·        Upload, distribute, or share content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes laws

·        Violate any applicable French, EU, or international law
3.2 Security Violations:

·        Attempt to access unauthorized areas, accounts, or data

·        Distribute malware, viruses, or perform hacking attempts
3.3 Misuse of Platform:

·        Interfere with the performance, security, or integrity of the RMS France platform

·        Circumvent or bypass security features

·        Create multiple accounts to exploit system features unfairly
3.4 Unauthorized Data Handling:

·        Use the platform to collect personal data for illegal purposes

·        Share access credentials or confidential information with unauthorized parties
3.5 Spamming or Fraud:

·        Send unsolicited messages or commercial communications

·        Attempt fraudulent transactions or manipulate billing processes

·        Keep login credentials confidential

·        Monitor account activity and report suspicious use

·        Ensure that all data entered is accurate and complies with applicable laws

·        Immediately report security breaches or misuse of the platform

RMS France reserves the right to:

·        Suspend or terminate accounts that violate this AUP

·        Take legal action against users who engage in illegal or harmful activities

·        Remove or block content that violates this policy

RMS France may update this AUP periodically.
 Users will be notified of changes via the website or direct communication.
 Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised AUP.
