2. Right of Withdrawal (EU Regulation)
In accordance with EU consumer law, customers may have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases.
However, for digital services:
·        If service access begins immediately after purchase and the customer expressly agrees to this,
·        The right of withdrawal may be waived once the service has started.

By subscribing to RMS France, you acknowledge and agree that:
·        Service access may begin immediately
·        You may lose the right of withdrawal once the service is activated

3. Refund Policy

3.1 General Rule
·        Subscription fees are non-refundable once the service has been activated.
·        No refunds are provided for partial usage, unused time, or early termination.

3.2 Exceptional Refunds
Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

·        Cancellation stops future billing but does not result in a refund for the current billing period.
·        Service access remains active until the end of the paid period.

4.2 RMS France-Initiated Cancellation
RMS France reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if:
·        Payment obligations are not met
·        Terms & Conditions are violated
·        Illegal or abusive activity is detected
·        Required by law or regulatory authorities

5. Plan Changes and Downgrades
·        You may upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan.
·        Plan changes take effect at the next billing cycle unless otherwise stated.
·        Price differences may apply based on the selected plan.

6. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
·        Users are encouraged to contact RMS France before initiating a chargeback.
·        Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension.
·        RMS France reserves the right to dispute chargebacks with supporting documentation.

7. Taxes and Fees
·        Prices may include or exclude applicable taxes depending on your location.
·        Users are responsible for all applicable VAT or taxes as required by law.

8. Service Interruptions
Temporary service interruptions due to maintenance, updates, or external factors do not automatically qualify for refunds.

9. Changes to This Policy

Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
